Vintage Wedgwood Pitcher with Hunting Theme and Hound Dog Handle Dye Ken John Peel Made in England Gift for Hunter

A great pitcher made in England by Wedgwood. Features a hunting scene and a hound dog handle. The scene is depicting a song about a famous huntsman named John Peel. The song was named D'ye Ken John Peel, which means "Do You Know John Peel". John Peel lived from 1776 to 1854. The pitcher holds 32 ounces and sits 5 1/2" tall. It is about 6 1/2" from the spout to the end of the handle. Some wear marks on the bottom. The Wedgwood mark on the bottom was first used in 1940. A great item!
